Frequently Asked Questions

When should I arrive?

Service times are listed on our worship page, most people arrive a few minutes before service to enjoy pre-service music and greet those around them. If you find yourself running a few minutes late don’t worry make your way to a seat and join in with the service.

What to expect?

Most people enter through the front door. As you enter you will be welcomed by greeters and an usher will hand you bulletin (order of service) as you enter into the sanctuary. We ask that you please fill out the attendance book that is at the right end of each pew and share your information with us.

Can I participate in communion?

We believe that the Lord’s Supper is the true body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ under the bread and wine, instituted by Christ Himself for us Christians to eat and drink. Because those who eat and drink our Lord’s body and blood unworthily do so to their great harm and because Holy Communion  is a confession of the faith which is confessed at this altar, any who are not yet instructed, in doubt, or who hold a confession differing from that of this congregation and the Lutheran-Church Missouri Synod, and yet desire to receive the sacrament, are asked to speak with the Pastor before service.

How do I become a member of Redeemer?

Redeemer regularly offers a New Member class for those who would like to become apart of the Redeemer Lutheran Church family. Please contact the church office 320-235-4685 to find out the next scheduled New Member class.
